The Truth About Sleep And Aging

A lot of people think older adults need less sleep—but that’s a myth. The truth is, once we reach our 20s, our sleep needs stay about the same for life—usually between 7 to 9 hours a night.

Just because we’re older doesn’t mean we need less rest… we just tend to get less of it!
